Mr. Vennangkodi Raju
Founder & Group Leader | B.E., MBA
Mr. Vennangkodi Raju is the founder and driving force behind Livven Group, with a vision to build a diversified business ecosystem focused on entrepreneurship, investment, innovation, and sustainable growth.
With a combination of engineering and business management education, he brings a practical and entrepreneurial approach to identifying opportunities, developing businesses, and building long-term partnerships.
Under his leadership, Livven Group is focused on creating an ecosystem where ideas can be developed, businesses can be built, and entrepreneurs can receive the support required to grow.
His approach emphasizes long-term thinking, strategic business development, responsible investment, and continuous learning.
As the Group Leader, Mr. Vennangkodi Raju provides overall direction to the organization and works closely with entrepreneurs, management teams, partners, and advisors to identify opportunities and develop them into sustainable businesses.

Prof. (Dr.) S. R. Dhanasekaran
Mentor & Board Member

Prof. (Dr.) S. R. Dhanasekaran brings extensive international industry, academic, leadership, strategy, and business development experience to Livven Group.
He completed his B.E. in Mechanical Engineering as a Gold Medalist from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, followed by an MS. in Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical Vibrations) from The George Washington University, USA, and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical Vibrations) from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.
International Industry Experience
Dr. Dhanasekaran spent 15 years in senior leadership roles with Ford Motor Company and Ford India Limited, with professional experience across India, Japan, Europe, and the United States.
His international exposure has provided him with extensive understanding of engineering, manufacturing, leadership, business strategy, international operations, and organizational development.
Building Academic Institutions
Dr. Dhanasekaran played a significant role in the development of Chitkara University, Chandigarh, contributing to its establishment and growth from its early stages. He currently serves as President and Life Member of the Board.
His experience in building an institution from its foundation provides valuable perspective on organizational development, leadership, education, and long-term institution building.
Strategy & Business Development
Dr. Dhanasekaran currently serves as Vice President – Strategy & Marketing at Mechmaark Group, with responsibilities covering product positioning, approvals, and market expansion.
His professional experience combines technical expertise with strategic business leadership, providing valuable guidance in areas such as market development, product strategy, organizational growth, and business expansion.

- Past President (IPP), ISHRAE Chandigarh Chapter — 2022–2023
